There are nine general class of African lovebird. The peachfaced, masked and Fischer’s lovebirds belong to the common category while the Nyasa, black-cheeked, Abyssinian, Madagascar, black-collared and red-faced lovebirds belong to the rare or uncommon African lovebird group.
