The number of canine leptospirosis cases has risen dramatically in recent years, impacting urban and rural dogs. Leptospirosis is a potentially life-threatening disease, and is now the number one infectious cause of acute renal failure in dogs. Leptospirosis may pose a zoonotic (transmissible) risk to owners.

For subcutaneous vaccination of healthy dogs as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by canine distemper, infectious canine hepatitis, canine adenovirus type 2, canine parainfluenza and canine parvovirus.

Parvo and coronavirus. Vaccination should start at or about 6 weeks of age. Puppies should be revaccinated every 2 to 3 weeks until they are at least 12 weeks of age. FIV, a lentivirus, is a disease that attacks the immune system of the cat. With a compromised immune system, the cat is no longer able to fight off subseqent infections or disease. FIV is mainly transmitted during cat fights via bite wounds. Eight Weeks of age at the time of vaccination. Three, 1 ml doses administered three weeks apart.

Dosage: Inject 1 ml dose subcutaneously using aseptic technique. A second dose is given 2 to 4 weeks after the first vaccination. Annual revaccination is recommended.

By Fort Dodge. (Borrelia Burgdorferi Bacterin) A killed product for dogs 9 weeks of age and older. With initial Lyme vaccine, give one dose, then repeat in 3 weeks. Given subcutaneously or intramuscularly. DOSE: Dogs, inject 1 mL dose subcutaneously using aseptic technique. A second dose should be administered 2 to 3 weeks later. Annual revaccination with one dose is recommended.
