If you are considering getting rabbits for pets, or if you have just taken that step, then one thing you will have to ensure that you do on a very regular basis is that you clean the rabbit cages where you will be keeping them. For many people, this is an unpleasant task, but then again, a task that many rabbit lovers do enthusiastically, as a ‘labor of love.’ After all, if you are keeping rabbits as pets, then you probably love them. When you’re deciding what type of a gerbil cage you should be getting, it’s a good idea to bear in mind that with proper care and treatment, the little guy (or guys) will have this as a home for 4 to 5 years. Obviously you want something that is roomy, easy to keep clean, and secure. A secure cage keeps the gerbil in (they can jump) as well as keeping the family cat out.

Are you planning to get a dwarf hamster as a pet? If you are, there are a few things you need to know. First, you should know when is the right time you can adopt one and that is, when it is already at least a month old. At this age, the little hamster is already weaned from the mother. However, if you want to adopt one at the ideal age, you can do so when it is about two months old because at this age, a female hamster is already capable of getting pregnant.

Sometimes my little puppy would get out from the fence by his claws and I just ignored it. Gradually, he frequently broke out, so I fixed the fence again. Then the little did something to make a protest.
